1. Where are A&M Houses located?
A&M Houses are located in the heart of Arco da Calheta, Madeira, one of the island’s most peaceful and sunniest coastal areas. The villas offer beautiful ocean views and easy access to beaches, nature, local restaurants and key attractions.
Do the villas have private pools and parking?
Some of our villas feature private heated pools. Please refer to the individual villa page to see the specific amenities available for each property. All A&M Houses offer private garages and free on-site parking, ensuring convenience and peace of mind throughout your stay.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. If you wish to request an earlier or later check-in or check-out, you may submit a special request when booking. Please note that special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability. If flexible check-in or check-out is essential to your plans, we recommend reviewing the cancellation policy before confirming your reservation.
Is airport transfer available?
Airport transfer services are not available at A&M Houses. We recommend arranging a rental car or private transfer for greater flexibility during your stay.
Are pets allowed?
Pets may be allowed upon prior request. To ensure the comfort of all our guests, any request to bring pets must be approved in advance by the A&M Houses management. Please contact the villa administration before making your reservation. Thank you for your understanding.
How can I pay for my reservation?
Reservations are confirmed with a 50% payment. Payment details and instructions will be provided during the booking process, and proof of payment must be sent after each transaction. The remaining balance is due 14 days before check-in. If you have any questions regarding payment methods, please feel free to contact us.
Help! I need to cancel my reservation.
We understand that plans can change. If you cancel your reservation up to 60 days before the check-in date, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in will result in the 50% deposit being non-refundable. In case of a no-show, unfortunately, no refund can be issued.
